Torrance has a mix of older homes (especially around Old Torrance) and newer townhomes/condos near Del Amo and the South Bay corridor. We plan around HOA rules, tight parking, and “small but tricky” fixes that show up in real life: door alignment, weatherproofing, drywall patches that need to disappear, and hardware installs that must hold long-term.
